Here you will find important PCA Milwaukee Region Documents available for use by our members.

| By-Laws Porsche Club of America Milwaukee Region By-Laws are available to all local members. Please take a few minutes to review the Club's objectives, operating rules, and regulations. Monthly Business Meetings are open to all members. Refer to our "Calendar of Events" for specific meeting details. By-Laws amended January, 2003. |

| Historical Archives PCA Milwaukee Historical Archives are stored in a secure area with document checkout available by special appointment. PCA Milwaukee has been a chartered Region of the Porsche Club of America since 1960. |

| Waiver Release Form for Minors In order for Minors (ie: children) to participate in ANY PCA Event, including family events such as picnics, car shows, tours, rallyes, etc., it will be necessary for both parents / guardians to complete a special waiver release form for each Minor. Please note, signatures of BOTH parents / guardians are required!! This specifically implies that if only one parent brings a child to a PCA Event, the other parent must also provide legal consent by signing the waiver. Since the second parent / guardian may not be attending, the waiver is provided here to allow proper signatures to be completed prior to arrival. |

| Event Checklist We encourage everyone to participate in local activities by ocasionally volunteering to run a Club event. It's not hard - and you'll meet great people! An easy to follow checklist is provided to insure nothing will be forgotten. |

| Expenditure Form Members running Club activities should used this form to document expenditures and request payment. Completed forms are to be submitted to the PCA Milwaukee Treasurer. |

| Drivers Ed Inspection A Drivers Ed Technical Inspection Form helps explain a number of items you should review prior to participating in any driving event. While the form is a helpful guideline, remember it's YOUR responsibility to ensure your car is properly prepared. A number of local shops specialize in preparing Porsche's for high speed driving events. |

| Certificate of Authenticity Porsche Cars North America offers a Certificate of Authenticity document for your Porsche, including your vechicle's original specifications, production date, and manufacturer's suggested retail price. Proof of ownership is required. Document is suitable for framing. |

| Road Course Maps We are extremely fortunate to have 3 Road Courses within easy drive of the Milwaukee Area - Blackhawk Farms Raceway, Road America, and The Milwaukee Mile Power Circuit. Our Driver Education program allows you to experience these tracks, firsthand. Course Maps are provided. |
