Welcome to the Milwaukee Region Sunday September 20th, 2020 PCA Autocross at the Road America Motorplex

Helmets - All drivers at Porsche Events must wear a helmet.  A Snell SA 2010 or later rating is required.

We also urge you to check out the Milwaukee Region PCA-MR website (www.porschepark.org) for more information about our Autocross program.

Cost:

All current PCA members and PCA family members: $50 per driver

All non-members: $60 per driver.

 

The PCA Milwaukee Region has drafted a set of guidelines pertaining to COVID-19 safety for the event. These guidelines can be found below and should be reviewed prior to the event as they will be followed and may impact your participation at the event.

Tentative Event Schedule

8:00 - 9:00 AM: Check-in and Car Tech Inspection  (For your convenience the Tech Inspection Form is attached here  AX_Tech_Inspection_Form.pdf )

9:00 - 9:30 AM: Walk the Course

9:30 - 10:00 AM: Drivers’ Meeting  (At this meeting we will break up into groups, with the intent that when one group drives, the other works the course and vice versa.)

10:00 AM: First cars out.

(All run groups and finish times approximate and subject to change due to event day conditions)

Event requirements

Cost:

All current PCA members and PCA family members: $50 per driver

Requirements:

Helmets - All drivers at Porsche Events must wear a helmet.  A Snell SA 2010 or later rating is required.  As part of the Tech Inspection, your helmet will be examined for compliance.

Wear clothing appropriate to the weather.  When you aren't driving you will be a course worker.  Take sun, wind, (light) rain and air temp into consideration when planning what to wear.

All drivers must have a valid driver’s license.

All minor drivers (less that 18 yrs old) must have a drivers license and have a Minors Waiver form signed by a parent or guardian for the particular event. Minors that are not driving, but present at the event and in the paddock area, must also be covered by a Minors Waiver Form.  Download this from the above-noted PCA-MR website and bring it with you.  (It is also attached for your convenience here -  Minor_and_Parent_Form_Wavier.pdf

All vehicles driven must pass a technical inspection at the event. You may download this from the above-noted PCA-MR website, or it is attached in the previous section with the schedule.  Fill it out and bring it with you.
