June 11 drive to dinner at Feils Supper Club
by Jim Lindenberg, tour chair
June 11 is a Sunday. That is an unusual day of tour activity, usually it is a Saturday.
We will be starting from the area around highway 41 and Holy Hill Road in the afternoon.
The drive will cover about 70 miles and take about 1 ½ hours. The roads will be an exhilaration in elevation along with the normal twists and turns. Dinner will be at tables of 6 to 8 people and they will give separate checks per couple.
Feil’s supper club is a second-generation family restaurant in Randolph, Wis. They make their homemade rolls every day and are know for a delicious down to earth Wisconsin supper club experience. Many of the items on their regular menu are German dishes. We will have a smaller menu to choose from, but it will include a varied selection of offerings from their large dinner menu. We don’t need to pre order so our Porsche participants can satisfy their same day cravings. A description of the Supper Club is a place where couples linger over Old Fashions and catch up on each other’s lives before sitting down to eat. After dinner they stroll back to the bar, pull up a bar stool, and order a Grasshopper ice cream drink.
If anyone would like to join this fun activity, they can email me at Tours@porschepark.org with their name, email, phone number, Porsche model they will be driving, the color and how many guests will be coming.
RSVP deadline is June 1.Please honor that.
