DE novice driver orientation Apr 29
Thinking about taking your Porsche on the track for our driver education event in June?
All novice drivers are invited to an orientation on April 29, hosted by the team at CS Motorsports and the region DE committee.Novice drivers have limited or no track experience.
The session will cover:
- Powerpoint presentation track-specific to Road America
- How to have fun and be safe for the day. Review of the DE
- What the various warning flags
- How to enter, apex, and exit all turns
- Proper braking
- Where you can pass and what are "wave-bys"
- A description of each run group
- Instructors and Instructor pairings
- How to prepare your car before you arrive at the track, aka Tech
- What to wear
- What to bring to the track
- What's your goal for the day?
- Q & A Session
ATTEND EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT YET REGISTERED for the June 9 DE at Road Aerica.
CS Motorsports is located at W220 N1736 Townline Rd. Lannon, Wis.
10 a.m. to noon.
