Not receiving Steinlifters or news from the region or PCA?
Are you not receiving the region's emails that are sent with the monthly newsletter, Steinlifters? Are you not seeing emails from PCA like you used to?
First thing to check is your email address that is part of your membership record at pca.org.
If your email address has changed, you need to update your record.
You should also check to make sure you have not opted out of emails from the region and from national. Those are two options available to all members.
The Milwaukee region DOES NOT maintain its own list of membership data. All data is stored at the national level.
The region uses the national emailer system to send out announcements and the newsletter.
We often see emails bounce back as undeliverable. Lots of people who used to have @wi.rr.com may now have a gmail address or something else.
Sometimes email systems think our emails are phishing and they automatically block them from coming into your in box. Some aol.com users have experienced this. Also some sbcglobal.net users have been left in the dark. The club cannot resolve those issues for you. You need to contact your email provider and ask them to stop blocking the incoming emails from PCA. See below for addresses you should have in your contacts.
Note, if you are using a work email address, you may find our emails stuck in your spam folder, or worse, blocked by your company's email system. It is better to use a private email address than a business email to ensure you are up to date on all news from the region and PCA.
To ensure you receive our emails, add these to your contacts:
newsletters@pca.org
enews@enews.pca.org
