Porsche models from 1960s and 1970s wanted for concours
Region member Richard Suhar has asked that we post this announcement.
This group is looking for 5 or 6 Porsches from the 1960s to the 1970s, preferably different years and models to compete in a concours. Note, this event is not sponsored by PCA or the Milwaukee region.
What: Coal Dock Park Concours / Benefiting Mel's Charities
Date: Sunday, Aug. 18, 2024
Location: Port Washington Coal Dock Park
Activities: Concours judging, food, beverages, live music.
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. You will need to arrive between 9-10 a.m. for concours placement in the park and must stay until 4 p.m. Judging results at end of show.
How to submit your car for consideration:
a) Email photos of your 1960s-1970s Porsche to richardsuhar@gmail.com
b) Need photos of exterior, interior, engine.
c) Need your full name, email address, phonw number
d) The concours chairperson will review your photos and I will get back to you based on his decision (approved or not approved)
e) If approved, I will send you the registration form and fees. Fees are a donation to Mel's Charities. Last year minimum fee (donation) was $30, this might change for this year.
